Egg Shell Whiskey Glass Pattern, originally from Yamahira Kiln, is a rock glass carved with a pattern that has been handed down from ancient times in Japan on a delicate porcelain surface of 1mm thick called egg shell.

The pattern carved on the surface is "Nanako" which sparkles like the scale of the fish, "Kagome" which represents the net of the bamboo basket, and "Yarai" which is the motif of the protective fence of the bamboo fence.
