Not to mention freshly baked bread, there are various things that can be placed on the cutting board, such as colorful sandwiches and apple pies. You can also put some à la carte or small plates such as fruits and nuts on it and use it like a tray.

■Cation
・There may be stains or leaves (buds) on the surface of the cutting board, but it is used as it is as a proof that the tree was alive. It is not a scratch or defective product. Please use it with confidence.
・Over time, it will change, such as scratches, color changes, and some darkening. Please use it as a tool that fits into your life with occasional maintenance.
■Care after use
・It is finished with natural oil. If you wash it many times and it becomes dry, apply a drying oil such as flaxseed oil. When applying olive oil, etc., it is easy to get sticky, so apply a very small amount and wipe it off before using.
・After washing, wipe off the moisture with a cloth. Wipe the entire surface, sides, handles, etc. firmly.
・Please dry in a well-ventilated place as much as possible. If it is exposed to direct sunlight while it is still applied, it may cause discoloration, warpage, or cracking.
